14. The Chief Electoral Officer may amend the tender documents by sending an addendum to the service providers, suppliers or construction contractors concerned.
If the amendment is likely to affect the prices, the addendum must be sent at least 7 days before the deadline for receipt of tenders; if the 7-day period cannot be complied with, the deadline for receipt of tenders must be extended by the number of days needed to ensure compliance with that period.
